When a business you referred pays its first month and that payment clears the 3-day refund window, you earn one month free: a credit equal to your own monthly plan price, applied to your next invoice. You don't have to ask — we apply it and tell you.

The program terms (the whole thing)

What you earn: one month free for every referred business that signs up with your link and pays its first month. The free month is a service credit equal to your monthly plan price, applied to your next invoice.
What they get: $100 off their first monthly charge, applied automatically at checkout with your link.
When you earn it: after the referred business's first monthly payment clears a 3-day refund window. If they refund or cancel inside that window, no credit is earned. There is no reward for a referral that never pays — a name, a signup, or a free trial alone earns nothing.
No limit: refer as many businesses as you like. Each one that joins and pays earns you another free month.
Free months bank: if you've earned more free months than you can use at once, they wait in line and apply one per month until they're used up.
Credit, never cash: referral credits have no cash value. They can't be paid out, transferred to someone else, or exchanged for anything except Vellops service.
No self-referrals: you can't refer yourself, your own businesses, or the same business under different names. Don't post your link on coupon or deal sites. Fake or abusive referrals don't earn credit.
If things change: we can change or end this program going forward, but credits you've already earned are always honored.

I'm not a Vellops customer yet. Can I refer people?

Referral links are issued to paying customers — your link is generated the moment you check out and arrives in your welcome email. Join first, then share.

Is there a limit to how many businesses I can refer?

No limit. Every business that signs up with your link and pays earns you another free month. Free months bank and apply one per month.

When exactly does my free month land?

After your referral's first payment clears the 3-day refund window with no refund. We then apply a credit equal to your monthly plan price to your next invoice and let you know — you don't have to ask or claim anything.

Can I get the credit as cash instead?

No. Referral rewards are service credit only — they reduce your Vellops bill and have no cash value.

Can my friend use my link if they're already talking to you?

As long as they haven't paid yet, yes — have them check out with your link and both sides apply automatically: their $100 discount at checkout, your free month after their first payment clears the refund window.

What if someone I referred cancels right away?

If they refund or cancel inside the 3-day window after their first payment, no credit is earned — that's the fraud guard, and it's the only one. A customer who stays past the window earns you the month even if they cancel later.
